Dr. Pacheco earned both her Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University. Throughout her academic and clinical training, she worked in a variety of settings, including integrated health care environments and community mental health centers. Across these settings, Dr. Pacheco gained extensive experience providing services to individuals across the lifespan—from children to older adults—representing diverse cultural backgrounds and presenting with a wide range of psychological concerns.

Dr. Pacheco is bilingual and provides services in both English and Spanish. She works primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, mood disorders, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. In addition to diagnostic concerns, she supports individuals navigating everyday stressors such as life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, occupational stress, self-esteem concerns, and adjustment and relational issues. She also provides affirming care to individuals seeking support related to LGBTQ+ experiences.
